I took my previous nugget recipe and added in about a cup of vegetable puree (carrots, broccoli, a couple cherry tomatoes, celery), and rolled the mixture in Beech-Nut baby rice cereal… oh my goodness! These are even better, and super nutritious (thanks to the veggies and the added nutrients courtesy of Beech-Nut!). B is eating them up; he loves them!!
