In many cases Walmart prices are some of the best around. If I need to make a quick stop for all sorts of items on my list, Walmart is normally my go to stop so I can get it all in one shot and feel confident I am getting the best deals. But did you know there are some great tips that will help save more money at Walmart?

Price Match: Did you know Wal-Mart offers a price match guarantee? If you find a lower price Walmart will match the price!! Simply bring in the ad, website print out, or a screen shot on your phone and you will be given that price. Find out all the details of the Walmart price match guarantee here.
Use Walmart Savings Catcher: Walmart rolled out an awesome program for Walmart shoppers, which allows you to get money back if there is a lower price on-line; the best part is it’s no extra work for you!! You simply enter your receipt and Walmart will compare the prices of your items to those online. If there is a lower price you will get this back in the form of a Walmart gift card.
Double Your Savings Catcher Money: Once you are all signed up for Savings Catcher and you’re enjoying those extra savings, double it!! You can double your savings when you redeem them to a Bluebird Card. When the holidays roll around and you’re shopping for Christmas, this can add up to BIG savings!
Check the Clearance: Unlike other big box stores, Walmart does not have specific days in which they mark down items. Items are marked down each day so you can get great deals any day of the week. To find the best clearance deals check the back of the department and on the backside of end caps. Don’t forget groceries!! You can usually find great deals on breads, baked goods and discontinued items.
Use Coupons: Take advantage of those low prices and get an even better deal by using coupons. You can find coupons on Walmart.com, Coupons.com and check the inserts if you get a Sunday paper.
Free Shipping: If you are shopping online and find an item you like, hop on over to Walmart.com and see if you can find that same item. Likely you will find that item at the same price (Price Match) or lower and you can save on shipping by use the free in store pickup or ship to store option. Most items purchased online are available for in store pickup in 24 hours or less.
