Sheet pan dinners are a favorite of mine, especially when I just don’t feel like cooking and making a huge mess. It doesn’t even have to be a busy night, sometimes I just want an easy dinner that tastes great and this recipe covers all of the bases! This recipe is for sheet pan ranch pork chops, potatoes, and asparagus. You could sub the asparagus for green beans if you wanted even!

Sheet pan dinner idea! Ranch pork chops, potatoes, and asparagus on just one pan!
- 1lb Boneless Pork Chops
- 3 White Potatoes Sliced
- 8oz Asparagus
- 1/2 Cup (1 stick) Melted Butter
- 1oz Packet Ranch Seasoning
Pre-heat oven 400 degrees.
Lay the pork chops & potatoes onto the sheet Pan.
Coat with butter.
Place sheet pan in the oven and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven and place asparagus on the sheet pan.
Coat everything in butter.
Sprinkle with the ranch seasoning and place back in the oven for 10 minutes.
Serve & enjoy!
