These cookies are easy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 C. Nutella
  • 2 tbs. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 C. flour + 1 tbs.
  • 8-10
  • silicone baking cups
  • or a 12ct. muffin tin
  • 8-10 black & white sandwich cookies
  • 1/2 C. chocolate chips, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine the Nutella, sugar, egg and flour and mix well.
  3. Lay 1 sandwich cookie into the bottom of muffin tin or silicon baking cup. I love the silicone baking cups – no mess and they peel right off the cookies! ;)
  4. Scoop about 2 tbs. of the Nutella cookie dough onto the top of each sandwich cookie.
  5. Place a few chocolate chips onto the top of each cookie (optional).
  6. Bake 10-15 minutes on 350 degrees. Insert a toothpick into the Nutella cookies and when it comes out 'dry' they are done.
  7. Store in an airtight container 1-2 weeks. Makes 8-10 servings. 1 cookie = 1 serving.
