How To Make A Gallon of Strawberry Margarita

I am always down for a good margarita, so when we were planning a get-together for the 4th of July, I knew I wanted to whip this up! This comes together easily, quickly, and is so damn good!

Strawberry margaritas are delicious and perfect for those hot summer evenings, aren’t they? Find the perfect gallon container – you can even recycle a milk jug! I had found this cute glass jar with a spout on it because I plan to make more drinks by the gallon for get-togethers and game nights.

Wash and then slice up your strawberries and limes. I ended up using almost a half pound of strawberries and I believe just 2 limes.

Once you’ve sliced those, toss them in your jug/glass/container and start adding your liquids. See the recipe below for measurements!

Make a delicious strawberry margarita by the gallon to serve several people!

Ingredients

  • Strawberries
  • Limes
  • 64 oz Sweet and Sour mix
  • 32 oz Tequila (your choice of brand)
  • 10 oz Triple Sec
  • 21 oz Strawberry Schnapps (I seriously couldn't find any so I just grab a bottle of Daily's strawberry cocktail mix. It's a little thicker but SO good, non-alcoholic)

Instructions

  1. Slice strawberries and limes and put into your gallon jug/glass/container
  2. Add the liquids
  3. Gently stir to mix
  4. Store in fridge to keep cold and enjoy!
