It’s time for some spooky (yet totally kid-friendly) Halloween treats and these RIP Tombstone Cupcakes are perfect for Halloween parties!
RIP Tombstone Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 half cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 3/4 cup of Hershey cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
- 4 tablespoons of room temperature butter
- 1 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of whole milk
- Wilton Tombstone decorating kit
Instructions
Start by creaming your sugar and butter together.
Then add in your vanilla, salt, cocoa powder in it.
Then add in your baking soda, baking powder, and flour.
Then slowly pour in your milk and mix on low speed until everything is well combined.
Once it is well combined, pour the cake mix into your cupcake liners and bake at 350. degrees for about 30-45 minutes.
Once they are done and cooled down, ice them with some chocolate icing.
Now you want to get your tombstone kit and write whatever clever message you'd like or just R.I.P.
Then add some bones on top of the icing and voila! You have yourself a scary graveyard cupcake that is a perfect treat for Halloween parties!
