These sweet little Elmo cupcakes are a great addition to any birthday party! They really aren’t hard, and you’ll have a blast decorating them. Don’t worry about being perfect, the kids don’t care how they look!
Supplies:
1 box White Cake Mix
3 egg whites
1/3 cup oil
1 1/4 cup water
Red Frosting
Black Gel Frosting
Orange Skittle for nose
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
Mix up your white cake box mix as normal
You can choose to add food coloring to your mix to make the cupcakes themselves red, or you can just choose to leave them white
Bake for 18-20 minutes
Allow to cool completely
Frost using a star tip for frosting to make it appear like “fur”
Apply the two eyeball candies
Apply the orange skittle for the nose
Using the black frosting pen, draw the smile on your Elmo
