This list of 50 positive changes can be started at any time of the year. No mother is perfect, however, we all have things we can work on. Check out my list of 50 positive changes every mother should consider making. Of course, this list won’t match everyone perfectly, but they’re at least something to consider doing for yourself and your loved ones.

Here is a list of 50 positive changes “she”—meaning you, can start on today!

  1. Start a journal to record special moments.
  2. Wake up earlier to have some time to herself.
  3. Call a family member once a week to catch up.
  4. Spend time with her spouse one-on-one on occasion.
  5. Paint her toenails and fingernails to feel pretty.
  6. Get a massage at least once every six months.
  7. Take time away from social media when possible.
  8. Go shopping for herself at least 1-2 times a year.
  9. Spend time exercising a few times a week.
  10. Keep a treat inside the house to enjoy when no one is looking.

Being a mom can be exhausting. However, it’s important to make changes for yourself that make you a better person. These 50 things can help you be a better person in the upcoming year. Who doesn’t want to strive to be a better person overall? I know I do!
