Valentine’s Day is fast approaching, and if you haven’t already started looking for treat ideas for classroom parties, well, you better hurry! These marshmallow pops are a super easy way to make a cute treat and not break the bank!
Here’s what you need to make a few. If you need to make more, just increase accordingly!
6-8 Regular Marshmallows
½ C. Red Wilton Candy Melts
Wilton nonpareils Valentine sprinkles
Here’s how to make them:
Heat candy chips by microwaving for 30 seconds stirring and repeating until melted. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
Insert stick in each marshmallow.
Dip and roll the marshmallows into the chocolate covering 1/2 of the marshmallow.
Lay on Wax paper
Once all marshmallows are dipped and set sprinkle with nonpareils
Place them in the fridge a few minutes to harden
**I purchased felt Valentine stickers in the craft section at Joann Fabrics and put a toothpick on the back and then put an identical sticker on the back to ‘sandwich’ the toothpick.
