We live in a world where people will spend $9 on an oat-milk latte without blinking… but hesitate to take a mental health day because they “don’t want to be dramatic.” Make it make sense.

We track steps, count macros, obsess over skincare routines with more steps than a NASA launch sequence, and buy ergonomic chairs to protect our spines.
