Discuss Plans with Family

It’s always worth having plans for your retirement, but you shouldn’t keep these to yourself. You could be much better off discussing them with your family, especially if there’ll be any major changes to your lifestyle.

This helps make sure everyone’s on the same page and prevents your plans from going off-the-rails. If you’d like to help look after your grandchildren during retirement, for example, let your children know you’ll be there to help.
