Easy Homemade Cannoli Dip

Ingredients
- 1 15oz whole milk ricotta
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt, Greek or sour cream
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a small bowl, beat together the ricotta, yogurt (or sour cream), powdered sugar, and vanilla until combined and smooth. Fold in chocolate chips, and reserve a few for the top.
- If you use part-skim ricotta for this recipe to lessen calories, it is a bit more grainy. You can run it through the food processor to make it more smooth, if desired. It all depends on how you like it!
