Tropical Fruit and Yogurt Smoothie

Smoothies are a fun and easy way to get some extra fruit into your diet. This tropical fruit and yogurt smoothie is the perfect drink to cool down with or start your day with! Fruity flavors, a little protein from the yogurt (you could some vanilla protein powder if you want ane extra boost, the flavor shouldn’t be affected too much). Add this one to your smoothie recipes!

Tropical Fruit Smoothie

Makes 1 large or 2 small smoothies

Ingredients:

1 cup pineapple, chopped

1 cup watermelon, cubed and frozen

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

1 banana, peeled, cut and frozen

½ cup vanilla yogurt

¼ cup orange juice

Strawberry and Mint for garnish

Tropical Fruit and Yogurt Smoothie

Directions:

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse until the mixture is smooth. Pour into a large glass,

or two small glasses and serve with a strawberry and piece of mint for garnish.
