Finding Balance When Losing Weight with Weight Watchers®

Sharing is caring!

This post was sponsored by Weight Watchers International, Inc. as part of an Influencer Activation for Influence Central and all opinions expressed in my post are my own.

Years ago, I was dealing with “female body issues”. I wasn’t having regular cycles, I was cranky, we had been trying to conceive for what seemed like forever, and I just hated everything about it. Like a light switch, I made the decision to stop trying for another baby and to focus on me for a little bit and to lose some weight. I had no idea that by starting the Weight Watchers® program, I would put myself on a path to more happiness and pretty awesome weight loss!

During that time, and ever since then, I’ve struggled with finding a balance. I love to eat, so restricting myself to certain types of food is a real struggle. I do love what happens when I eat a certain way, there’s no denying that, but I also believe in finding a balance and still enjoying the things you love.

For me, I love sweet things, popcorn, and a good carb.

There are three awesome products out there that allow me to enjoy them while still being mindful of what I’m eating: Flatout® Flatbread endorsed by Weight Watchers®, JOLLY TIME® Healthy Pop® Popcorn endorsed by Weight Watchers®, and Weight Watchers® Ice Cream Novelties.

It’s easy to find these products at Walmart, which makes it convenient to pop in to restock any dwindling supplies. Going back to the “finding balance” thing, to me that means sticking to a plan but allowing myself to not feel like I’m giving up what I love. Having popcorn every now and then as fine, so long as it’s not every day. Having a Giant Fudge bar is fine, just not every night.

For someone following the new Freestyle™ program with zero Points® foods and Weight Watchers® products, these items are perfect! Even if you aren’t following the program, choosing these over other products is a safer bet! Guys, these are MINI bags of popcorn that clock in at 100 calories per pack (3 SmartPoints® per serving)! How fun is that?

I want to know though, how do YOU find balance? Have you followed the Weight Watchers program before? Have you tried any of their products (even if just out of curiosity)?

If you haven’t, see what products they have in Walmart stores and give them a try!
